Refunds & Returns
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference issues. Please double-check the size charts before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help track it. If the carrier confirms it lost, we’ll send a replacement.
