Rhino Martial Arts currently ships to the United States only.
Processing Time
All products are made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
(Most orders ship sooner, but production times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.)
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
Economy: 4–8 business days
Standard: 2–5 business days
Express (when available): 2–3 business days
Delivery times begin after production is complete.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, order size, and selected shipping speed.
Delays & Exceptions
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, seasonal volume, or operational issues. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we do monitor shipments and assist whenever possible.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

Check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office.

Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan early.
If it still cannot be located, reach out to us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Wrong Address
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout, please contact us within 12 hours. After production begins, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Multiple Shipments
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments depending on the production facility.
